SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering solutions including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it is alarmed about the high quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no more info thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The support issue created for intervention encounters a substantial inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more sources to permit the servicing of all buyers and enhance use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency sassa status check said.
